Steps downstairs lead to the Thai Cafe. There are floor-to-ceiling windows on the two street sides of the building which have a view of a hand painted mural of Venice at eye level. If you gaze up, you can watch from a mole's perspective the flow of people going to and from the nearby Fulton Street mall. The menu covers all the usual Thai curry, noodle, soup, and salad dishes. Speedy service and delicious authentic meals, extra spicy makes ur eyes water and nose run but is worthe very bite, the flat noodles are especially good and the restaurant itself is really pleasant and calm to dine in.
